Dusty and abrasive sounds, straight from "Sulcistan" to the capital: the Dawzz trio arrives at the Cousinà Late Show in Cagliari on Saturday 7th for an explosive live show , followed by musical selections from Radiodrome . A new date in collaboration with Bohemien Eventi , scheduled for 10 pm at the venue on Corso Vittorio Emanuele 178 .
An acronym for "Digital Animal Workstation Buzz," the group was founded in 2022 by current members Andrea Selis (vocals, guitar, and synth), Valerio Cau (vocals, bass, and synth), and Mattia Rivano (drums and percussion). They immediately intended to present themselves as a sort of do-it-yourself ensemble, proudly underground and with a distinctive sonic identity . While rooted in post-punk and garage rock, the trio remains faithful to an experimental approach, infusing their sound with influences from noise rock, sludge metal, and rock 'n' roll.
After debuting three years ago with the self-titled extended play , Dawzz finally released their studio debut in March last year: " Scusa i Mancati Giorni ". Ten tracks that fully express the ideas of the members behind the project, consolidating their style with maturity, recorded, mixed and mastered between Selargius and Carbonia.
