Convened by President Alessandra Todde, the regional council met today at Villa Devoto. Upon the proposal of the regional councilor for general affairs, personnel and reform, Mariaelena Motzo, the council approved some important resolutions that provide operational guidelines to Co.Ra.N. (Committee for the negotiating representation of the Region) for the achievement of various strategic objectives. First of all, the guidelines for the contractual renewal of the dependent and managerial staff of the Administration, Agencies, Institutions and the Forestry and Environmental Supervision Corps were defined, for the three-year period 2022-2024, with the aim of concluding the negotiations by the deadline of December 31st.

Approved the guidelines given to Co.Ra.N. for the equalization between the forestry allowance, recognized to Forestas employees, and the administrative one, applied to the remaining personnel of the Region system.

On the proposal of the Councilor for Planning, Budget, Credit and Land Planning, Giuseppe Meloni, the council approved the resolution relating to the Bill for the approval of the General Budget and the Consolidated Budget of the Region for the financial year 2023.

The Executive also approved, again on the proposal of Councilor Meloni, the reconstitution and appointment of the Region's representative members in the Observatory of the Consortium for Guarantee of Loans.

The council approved the registration of new resources to start several projects of the European Programming 2021-2027 for over 6 million euros and several budget variations, to give way to the use of new resources or the reprogramming of previous ones already present in the regional availability.

On the proposal of the councilor for local authorities, finance and urban planning, Francesco Spanedda, the council approved, for the year 2024, the criteria for the allocation of the Single Fund for the financing of local authorities.

Specifically, the current legislation provides for an increase in resources of 30 million allocated to Municipalities, Provinces and the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, Unions of Municipalities, Mountain Communities and the Metropolitan Network of Northern Sardinia for the implementation of interventions, for local initiatives, for development and employment, the incentive of productivity, qualification and training of local authority staff, municipal interventions for employment, transfers for the functioning of local authorities and for investment expenses, for social-welfare services, right to study, development and sport, the exercise of the functions and tasks assigned.
