The lecture-testimony at the meeting on business management and development organized by the industrialists' association in collaboration with LuissVideo di Massimiliano Rais
A master's program in business management and development promoted by Confindustria Sardegna meridionale and Luiss University, aimed at entrepreneurs and managers from the island. It expands knowledge and strengthens skills. The program features Luiss professors as well as entrepreneurs sharing concrete experiences, such as Sergio Zuncheddu, publisher of the L'Unione Sarda group and an entrepreneur in the construction and tourism sectors.
In his lecture, he retraced his history, from his first business, launched with three million old lire, to today's operations, a large group. He told entrepreneurs and managers that training is essential because it "fosters the company's development and creates a virtuous cycle of growth for everyone. The culture of training," he clarified, "is an added value for the economic fabric."
Entrepreneurs and managers engaged in the lecture series posed many questions about issues closely related to business management, but also about the challenging economic climate and the generational transition of entrepreneurs.
The video features Andrea Porcu (director of Confindustria Sardegna Meridionale), Antonello Argiolas (president of Confindustria Sardegna Meridionale), and Sergio Zuncheddu, editor of the L'Unione Sarda group.
