The entrepreneur from Cagliari Fabio Mereu is the new national vice president of Confartigianato Imprese , alongside the confirmed president Marco Granelli. He will represent over 700 thousand artisan businesses.

The last Sardinian vice president was Felice Doro from Sassari in 1992.
