From Sassari to New York and back, even if only for one show. On Monday at 8:30 pm the Teatro Verdi in Sassari offers an event designed by DanSoul Studio directed by Sharon Podesva, the “Don Quixote” ,   starring Angelo De Serra , a talent from Sassari who grew artistically under the guidance of Podesva, and is now a soloist in the Complexions Ballet of New York, a world-famous dance company.

At her side is Martina Fancellu, admitted to the intensive courses of the English National Ballet and the European School of Ballet, and protagonist of the music video «Arbore Femina» by the singer Ilenia Romano, selected for the prestigious Bindi Award.

The refinement of the show will be a further fruit of the artistic legacy left by Jaguse Vrankova , Knight of Art and prima ballerina of the National Theatre of Prague, who in the 70s founded in Sassari the first classical dance school in Sardinia recognized by the Ministry of Public Education as an excellence in training. A legacy that was acquired by her granddaughter Sharon, the only one in Sardinia to hold the title of American Ballet Theatre (ABT) Certified Teacher and the only teacher in Italy with the qualification of Master Trainer Science in Dance for the athletic preparation of dancers.

The show is part of the project «Talent returns home» supported by the Fondazione di Sardegna .
