Three days in Sassari with Simone Simonelli , principal clarinet at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples. Tomorrow he will hold an in-depth masterclass in the Franciscan Library of Santa Maria di Betlem , which will conclude on Sunday at 4 pm with the final concert of the clarinet ensemble .

Simonelli has already held the position of First Clarinet in the Orchestra Gran Teatro La Fenice in Venice, and has performed numerous concerts both as a soloist and as a member of numerous prestigious orchestras: Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Filarmonica della Scala in Milan, Gran Teatro La Fenice, Teatro dell'Opera in Rome, Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale Rai in Turin, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Orchestra Comunale di Bologna, to name a few.

The concert is part of the Contrasti 2026 Spring Edition Festival program, organized by the Contrapunctum ETS association directed by Laura Cocco , a meeting place for musical languages, generations, and artistic visions, created to offer the public experiences of high cultural value.
