Cisl Metalworkers, Giuseppe Masala Confirmed in the Regional Secretariat

Giuseppe Masala, 42, from Portoscuso, was confirmed in the regional secretariat of Fsm Cisl, the metalworkers' union.
A member of the FSM since 2008, RSU delegate from 2010 to 2021 in the Cosacem Reno Mosis companies (operating in the Enel 'Grazia Deledda' power plant), Masala has led the metalworkers of the Cisl del Sulcis Iglesiente since 2022.
"The congress was a moment of confirmation and valorization of the commitment made in these years - said Masala -, but it is also a starting point, especially in a period with many open disputes in our territory: Eurallumina, SiderAlloys, Portovesme srl, Enel. There is a lot to do to save the industry in Sardinia and even more in Sulcis Iglesiente".
Together with Luigi Corona, Masala will support the reconfirmed regional secretary Marco Angioni.
