Christmas and surroundings in Porto Torres with the Sardinian tradition, Argentine tango and gospel thanks to the three events organized by the Musicando Insieme Association.

The first appointment is Sunday 19 December at the Andrea Parodi Theater (8 pm) with “Armonias De Nadale”, a concert by the singer-songwriter Maria Luisa Congiu, based on a repertoire where the famous Christmas melodies alternate with Sardinian songs. She will be accompanied by her group, formed by Laura Santucciu and Grazia Puligheddu (vocals), Fabio Carta (piano), Martino Roggio (guitar) and Alessandro Canu (drums).

The Parodi Theater will host “Le Grand Tango - homage to Piazzolla” on Thursday 23 December, again at 8 pm: a mix of tango and music, a concert with pieces by Astor Piazzolla interspersed with performances by two dancers, Martin Acosta and Rosa Ginger Berg. The preview of the show was supposed to take place in Vienna on November 27, but was postponed due to the lockdown in Austria. Present in the portotorrese city Patrick De Ritis, first bassoon soloist of the Vienna orchestra "Wiener Symphoniker" and the pianist Claudio Sanna who will accompany the tango performance together with the Ars Musicandi Ensemble, the quartet formed by Marco Ligas (violin), Donatella Parodi (viola), Giuseppe Fadda (cello) and Luca Ghidini (double bass).

Closing on December 29 with "Movin'on up Gospel Choir" which will be staged in the church of the Holy Spirit. Pina Muroni's group is made up of 35 elements including choristers and musicians. African American spiritual music for a program that ranges from traditional Spiritual to contemporary Gospel.
