The change at the top of Fenice Srl is official, one of the companies in the galaxy of the influencer Chiara Ferragni, which after the pandoro-gate is grappling with a profound reorganization.

The shareholders' meeting was held these hours and resolved, with the unanimous vote of the shareholders, the appointment of Claudio Roberto Calabi as the new sole director of the company.

Those leaving their respective positions are, therefore, Ferragni herself, who held the role of CEO, and Paolo Barletta, until now president.

"I have invested 12 years of my life in this company that has been blocked for almost a year, since the "pandoro-gate" broke out. The business in 2024 collapsed dramatically, but in these months no one has lifted a finger. Now we need an industrial plan and to find new resources, even externally". This is what entrepreneur Pasquale Morgese, a 27.5% shareholder of the influencer's company (who instead has 32.5% of the shares, while the other 40% is owned by Paolo Barletta).

Morgese in an interview with Radiocor explains why he voted in favor of Calabi's nomination: "He has a demanding task, but in his career he has had much bigger problems to solve and he has always succeeded very well. I hope he will do the same job on Fenice too."

The last few months for Fenice Srl, he makes clear, have not been easy : «It was necessary to make an industrial plan and chart a path, which the administrators have not done. From December to today we have never been informed of possible developments. It was a company at a standstill, blocked, where no one gave instructions to the collaborators on the direction to take».

The crux is the accounts, since – he explains – the green light for the 2023 budget is still missing, «but I expect the negative result in 2024, because the 'pandoro-gate' broke out a little before Christmas so 2023 is not affected. But the administrators had to foresee this year's scenario, with all the necessary precautions and provisions, since the business in 2024 collapsed dramatically ». Now the hope, Morgese repeats several times, is to quickly arrive at «an industrial plan to understand what to do. Then we will have to find the resources to develop it, we will look for them first internally and then, possibly, externally».

The entrepreneur is betting on the relaunch of the Chiara Ferragni brand ("Nothing in life is impossible") but, he repeats, time is short and we must hurry.
