The entrepreneur is in fact looking for a private equity fund, which can make its entry into the capital of her company Fenice, of which she is CEO.

“We have always had the idea of having a fund in the capital, but first we had to put the company financially in order and find harmony. Today, after two years of work, since I took over the leadership of the company and the results are coming, it is the right time to have a financial partner. This is my goal now: I do not intend to monetize my holdings, but I want the company to grow ", said the influencer in an interview with" Corriere della Sera ".

The new partner, called to invest in the company, will be chosen from among those who show that they adhere to Ferragni's strategy, which focuses on lifestyle: "I never wanted it to be just fashion, nor did I ever want to be a designer myself, but it is a project that has always fascinated me and being able to manage it, being able to bring it towards what is my overall vision is beautiful, since we have committed ourselves to the new team, me in the first place, is giving great satisfaction; we believe in it and we want it to continue to have more and more ”.

According to forecasts, in 2022 Fenice could reach an aggregate turnover of 61 million euros (of which revenues from royalties of 12.5 million, + 172% compared to the previous year).
