The ceremony was held at Palazzo Brancaccio and is now in its 23rd edition. We are talking about the Lino Cascioli award, born in 1999 at the behest of the same journalist and Antonio Calicchia, currently president of the Rome Knights Association.
In this edition, among the winners there is also the young sprinter from Oristano, Olympic champion in the 4x100 relay at the recent Tokyo 2020 Games together with Filippo Tortu, Marcell Jacobs and Fausto Desalu. In fact, Patta is a fan of Roma, as well as a sympathizer of Cagliari
