No explanatory captions were added to the shots, but the hair stylist would have been the victim of an accident, apparently quite serious.
Numerous comments from apprehensive followers: "What happened to you?".
No post about it even from Belen. The two recently had a baby girl.
But many gossip sites are hinting that they are going through a period of crisis.
