Eleven penalty points: this is the new request made by the FIGC federal prosecutor's office against Juve, in the new hearing of the federal appeals court for the capital gains trial.

The federal prosecutor Giuseppe Chiné in his indictment also requested eight months of inhibition for seven former Juventus members: Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli-Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano.

They are the directors without delegation to define the responsibilities of which the Guarantee College has asked the Federal Court to re-determine the sanction against Juve

The debate ended and the court, presided over by Ida Raiola, met in chambers.

Eleven penalty points would put Juventus temporarily out of the Champions League zone, but would still give them the chance to get back in there by winning the next three matches, including next Sunday's direct home match against Milan.

The federal appeals court had imposed 15 penalty points on the black and whites, but the Guarantee College returned the points asking the court to re-determine the penalty. The same College of Guarantee had instead confirmed the inhibitions for the former top managers of the club: Andrea Agnelli (24 months), Fabio Paratici (30 months), Federico Cherubini (16 months) and Maurizio Arrivabene (16 months).
