All acquitted. This is the epilogue of the first degree sports trial on the capital gains case against football managers and clubs.

The National Federal Court presided over by Carlo Sica "acquitted all the companies, managers and administrators of the clubs who had been referred by the Federal Prosecutor for having accounted for capital gains and rights to players' services for values exceeding those permitted by the principles accounting - reads the device -. The reasons will be announced in the coming days ".

On 1 April 11 clubs (Juventus, Sampdoria, Naples, Pro Vercelli, Genoa, Parma, Pisa, Empoli, Chievo, Novara and Pescara) and 61 people including managers and administrators were reported. The trial started on Tuesday and the FIGC prosecutor had asked for a total of 458 months of inhibition for 59 defendants, including Andrea Agnelli (1 year), Aurelio De Laurentiis (11 months and 5 days), Massimo Ferrero (one year ) and Enrico Preziosi (six months and 10 days). The heaviest request was made towards the former Juventus manager, Fabio Paratici: 16 months and 10 days.
