The reasons for the mobilization are linked to «the downward contract signed by the employers' association Assocontact (of which CallCenterOne is a member), with a non-representative union, which has reduced protections and income, setting the conditions of call center workers back by decades».

"We ask for respect and the application of the collective agreement of telecommunications for women and men who for many years, with great professionalism, have been dealing with the problems of the customers of Enel Energia, Agos and Unisalute", Randaccio, Marras, Secchi and Stara highlighted. "We consider it unacceptable that, instead, when they entrust activities to contract, they do not give a damn about the rules and contracts applied by the companies that win the contracts".
