A month and a half of investigations have still not led to any clarification that could shed light on the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Martina Lattuca , the 49-year-old bookseller who vanished into thin air among the overhanging rocks of the Sella del Diavolo on 18 November 2025.

The case opened by the Prosecutor's Office, assigned to Deputy Prosecutor Rossana Allieri, still has no criminal charges, but only the general description of "missing person." Nothing, except the shoes and backpack recovered a few days later, would have allowed investigators to definitively reconstruct the events.

For now, therefore, all hypotheses remain open : from accident to deliberate act, leaving – albeit marginally – room for the investigation of any crimes that may emerge.
