A song goes beyond a perfect alchemy between text and music. It brings with it reflections, emotions and feelings, becoming a mirror of some of the most intense moments in life. And the moments, as well as the songs, in Laura Pausini's journey are so many that it is almost impossible to list them: the superstar of Italian music will be a guest tomorrow on Radiolina by Francesco Abate and Francesca Figus from 3 to 3.30 pm to talk, not only of his long career which will turn thirty in 2023, but of the many projects planned starting with the new single "A good start" released on March 10, produced by Simon Says and her husband Paolo Carta, and which boasts among the authors artists such as Riccardo Zanotti of the Nuclear Tactical Penguins. An eagerly awaited meeting by the numerous Pausini fans who, as announced by her staff, despite having the minutes running out, hope to be able to say goodbye before leaving Piazza L'Unione Sarda in Cagliari which, in the meantime, is preparing as best as possible for a great appointment ready to leave its mark. The stop at Radiolina is part of the long radio tour that the artist is carrying out on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of his career, involving local radios as happened when he won the Sanremo Festival in 1993 with the song "La Solitude" in the " New Proposals".

The beginning of everything

A song that has marked well over a generation, with an iconic beginning such as "Marco has gone and never returns", culminating in a refrain that anyone has sung at least once. That poignant "I wonder if you'll think of me, if you'll talk to friends" soundtrack of love stories, maybe not ended in the best way, but it's always nice to remember. It will be a chat full of anecdotes where, in addition to the new song, there will be some of his greatest hits such as "Box", "Vivimi", "As if it had never been love" and, precisely, "The solitude ” from which it all began that night of February 27 thirty years ago when, accompanied by Maestro Maurizio Tirelli, she triumphed on the Ariston stage in front of Gerardina Trovato, awarded by Lorella Cuccarini and Pippo Baudo.

The dream

And to think that, at the time, music was not yet a profession but the dream of being able to make one's passion something more. At the time, Laura Pausini was still attending school, the song contained in the album "Laura Pausini" was recorded mostly at night, so as to allow her to attend lessons. Hers is a path that emerges the roots in the mid-80s when she accompanied her father Fabrizio in the clubs of the Romagna Riviera, and which led her to sell 70 million records, as well as achieving awards such as the Grammy Award, prima donna Italian in history, on February 8, 2006 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for the disc, released in November 2004, "Escucha" - almost half a second after Domenico Modugno - and which marked a clear change for her compared to the past , with texts more aimed at social issues and a more mature vision of love, all enriched by texts by Biagio Antonacci, Vasco Rossi, Gaetano Curreri but also Madonna who gave her the song "Like a flower" which became "Mi abandonment to you" .

“World Tour 2023/24”

Unforgettable moments which, however, do not represent a point of arrival for Pausini but rather: in fact, on 26 and 27 February she was the protagonist in twenty-four hours of "#Laura30" or a record-breaking live marathon between New York, Madrid and Milan: 3 symbolic cities that framed his live return 5 years after the tour for his latest album "Fatti sentire". And if we talk about making ourselves heard, Laura Pausini is ready to do so with a "World Tour 2023/24" which will see her engaged in Italy, Europe, South America - always one of the places where she has collected the most consents – and the United States: it will begin with 5 preview dates, the first will be on June 30 in Piazza San Marco in Venice, then it will be the turn of the zero date in Rimini on December 8 which anticipates the official launch four days later Rome. A tour not only celebratory but that looks to the future with hope. A hope that Laura Pausini, fresh from her wedding with Paolo Carta celebrated on 22 March in Solarolo, has never lost and which, even today, constitutes a guideline to be followed in order to project oneself towards new, and exciting, horizons.
