The three days , under the artistic direction of the journalist Fabio Meloni and created with the contribution of the Sardinia Foundation , offers the public a calendar full of events , with the presentation of books and special events, some moments of reflection and discussion with important guests ( university professors, journalists, writers, representatives of institutions): Claudio Barbaro, Fausto Biloslavo, Flaminia Camilletti, Toni Capuozzo, Cristina Di Giorgi, Aldo Di Lello, Ada Fichera, Gianandrea Gaiani, Silvia Luscia, Michela Mercuri, Gian Micalessin, Federico Palmaroli, Alberto Prestininzi, Spartaco Pupo, Davide Rondoni, Maria Antonietta Spadorcia, Marco Tarchi, Francesco Vecchi and Stefano Zecchi. The mayor of Cagliari Paolo Truzzu and the municipal councilor for culture Maria Dolores Picciau will also participate. For the mayor «Ideario is a refined proposal, of high cultural depth, respectful of all ideas, but firm in its beliefs. It correctly interprets our approach to the debate: contemporary, free, non-conformist, distant from single thought and firm in its values. The circulation of ideas is the basis of a civil society and from the comparison arise summaries of reflection that help to live a complex contemporaneity, not always easy to interpret. This is the role of culture."

The Festival will be inaugurated on the 30th at 5.15pm with speeches by the artistic director and mayor Truzzu. At 5.30 pm, the journalist Flaminia Camilletti will introduce the debate "War and conflict scenarios" , in which the journalist and war correspondent Gian Micalessin , the director of "Defense Analysis" Gianandrea Gaiani and the university professor Michela Mercuri will take part, who, given the continuation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the tensions in the Middle East, will analyze the new geopolitical situation, with the inevitable repercussions for Italy and Europe.
