Strike confirmed at the Teatro Lirico of Cagliari where the repeat of the concert directed by Dmitry Matvienko was canceled this evening. It is the first effect of the three-day protest called by the territorial and regional secretariats of Slc Cgil, Fistel Cisl, Uilcom Uil, Fials, Usb and LiberSind.

The mediation of the mayor of Cagliari and president of the foundation's CDI, Paolo Truzzu, in the presence of the superintendent Nicola Colabianchi, with RSU and unions was not enough to try to avoid today's abstention from work at the last minute, even if some unions registered progress in the dispute. The issue concerns the competitions for the hiring of 44 people.

The next strike days are scheduled for November 17th and December 21st and will put the premieres of the operas Mefistofele and La Bohème at risk respectively. But tensions could subside sooner.
