In fact, the national workers' contract currently in place relating to private nursing homes was canceled in favor of a contract for professional firms, which would seem not only to penalize workers economically but also to mortify them professionally.
The three trade unions, awaiting the meeting on Friday in the prefecture, claim to "send the proposal back to the sender as the company has been applying the Aris-Aiop contract for private care homes for non-medical personnel for about 30 years and has never spoken of economic crisis such as to justify this choice ".
Fp Cigl, Fp Cisl and Uil Fpl Cagliari also recall that the Diagnostic Medical Center last September 21 renewed the agreement with the ATS under the previous conditions and that is why they say they are ready to "chained themselves even in front of the structure if the dispute does not it will be resolved in favor of the workers ".
