Frescoes of the Cagliari of the past, in memory of the immortal "Thunderclap". This weekend in the capital , " Riva Luigi '69-70 " will be performed, by and with Alessandro Lay in a Cada Die Teatro production: preceded by matinees for students on Thursday and Friday at 11am , the appointment for everyone will be at 8:30pm on Saturday 28th at the Teatro del Segno , in via Quintino Sella .

Subtitled " Cagliari in the days of the Scudetto ," the play sees narrator and protagonist Lay recall his childhood in the City of the Sun, returning to the victorious 1970 season , when the Rossoblù won Serie A under the leadership of none other than Gigi Riva. Interweaving the portrait of "number 11" with memories of a metropolis that almost no longer exists, the play recounts the passion for football of the past and the poetry of Riva's game , as highlighted by Pasolini's famous words.

With lights and sounds curated by Giovanni Schirru , in a sound project by Matteo Sanna , the opera's scenography is by Mario Madeddu , Marilena Pittiu , Matteo Sanna and Giovanni Schirru , in the organization of Tatiana Floris .
