Arriving in Cagliari three days of music, masterclasses and exhibitions on the occasion of Harpissima, the event dedicated to the harp. International star Alexander Boldachev was also present at the event.

The appointment is for Friday 5 May (until Sunday 9) at Sa Manifattura. The Sardinian capital is one of the five Italian cities (together with Noventa Padovana, Rome, Matera, Bressanone) chosen for the 2023 edition of the event , which has now been taking place for more than 20 years.

The artistic direction of the event is entrusted to the established harpist and teacher Tiziana Loi , in collaboration with the to musical association Arpeggiando . The star will be the Russian musician: at just 33 he is also a pianist, composer, pedagogue, winner of numerous international competitions and creator of prestigious events related to the harp, such as the Zurich harp festival.

The three days opens on Friday at 9 with the inauguration , in the Sala Officina, of the exhibition which will see Salvi Harps' harps on display for the entire duration of the event. At 8 pm, great concert by the European Suzuki Harp Ensemble , a formation made up of thirty young harpists, dedicated to the memory of Gabriella Bosio , an internationally renowned harpist, who passed away at the end of 2022.

Saturday morning is dedicated to deepening musical education, with Tiziana Loi who at 10.30 will hold a conference entitled "Growing up with music" in which she will illustrate the Suzuki method, the system for teaching music to children developed in the first half of the 20th century century by the Japanese violinist Shinichi Suzuki.

In the evening, the performance of Boldochev, in two shifts: the first at 7.30 pm, the second at 9.00 pm. The program includes a journey from classical music to the present day, starting from composers such as Tchaikovsky or Villa Lobos to get to the rock of artists such as Queen , Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana or Scorpions.

Space for masterclasses with the Russian star on Sunday. The entrance to the concerts and the exhibition is free and free.
