New adventure for Luigi Palomba: the defender born in 2003 leaves Cagliari and moves to Virtus Entella on a permanent basis.

Raised in the rossoblù youth system, Palomba completed the entire youth system, from Under 15 to Primavera, collecting 83 appearances and 6 goals with the shirt of the youth sector of the island.

After his formative experience at Olbia in the 2023/24 season (19 appearances and 1 goal in Serie C), the Neapolitan centre-back further showed himself with Vis Pesaro, where he played 29 games, scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist.

His talent had already been noticed in the Azzurri environment : in September 2022 he made his debut with the Under 20 national team, contributing with a solid performance in the 3-0 victory against Switzerland.

Now a new page opens for Palomba : another fundamental stage in his growth awaits him at Virtus Entella, with the aim of consolidating his position among the professionals and continuing to climb the hierarchies of Italian football.
