Cagliari is taking advantage of the break to play a friendly against a local team. On Thursday at 3 pm the rossoblù will be playing in Sa Duchessa against Cus, currently fifth in Group A of Promotion. The match against a regional football club has returned to being a more or less regular event during the championship breaks for the national teams for about a year and a half , that is, since the return of Claudio Ranieri, with the first in March 2023 at Villacidrese: now Davide Nicola will also take advantage of this opportunity, after having played a family friendly with the Primavera at the Crai Sport Center in September.

Tickets will be available on the day of the match, Thursday, starting at 1:30 p.m. at the StadioCUS box office, at a price of 10 euros (full) and 5 euros (reduced Under 12). A good turnout is expected, as has already happened on previous occasions.

It will not be possible to park in the space inside Sa Duchessa: the dirt spaces are available in via Is Mirrionis, via Trentino and in the parking lots adjacent to the Casa dello Studente . From there, you can continue on foot using the pedestrian entrance located in front of the tennis courts.

Cagliari will be without the seven players called up by the national teams : Gianluca Lapadula (Peru), Zito Luvumbo (Angola), Răzvan Marin (Romania), Yerry Mina (Colombia), Adam Obert (Slovakia), Matteo Prati (Italy Under-21) and Alen Sherri (Albania). Tomorrow, for those who remained in Sardinia, training will resume.
