Cagliari are looking for reinforcements. But they won't arrive until Saturday's match against Juventus.
The Rossoblu club is targeting Anjorin , born in 2001, a Torino midfielder. Last season, while playing for Empoli, he played a fine match at the Domus: he provided the assist for the first goal for the Tuscan club. However, he only made seven appearances for Torino, appearing in the starting eleven once. He is on loan from Empoli.
Angelozzi's other target, Sulemana , born in 2003, also played little for Bologna: he played three games (as a substitute) for the Felsinei. This would be a return: two seasons ago, he secured survival under Ranieri before joining Atalanta.
If Anjorin were to arrive, Prati could leave : Torino are interested. Other deals: the Rossoblu are pursuing Pescara's Dagasso and could sell Di Pardo to Cesena. Meanwhile, Cagliari are focusing on Saturday's match against Juventus: Pisacane could recover Mina and reintroduce him to the starting lineup alongside Luperto. In midfield, the injuries to Deiola and Folorunsho are almost inevitable: Adopo, Prati, and Mazzitelli are all options. Up front, two play-offs are in play: Kilicsoy vs. Borrelli and Gaetano vs. Esposito .
Meanwhile, Rog and Cagliari have reached an agreement to terminate their contract by mutual consent. The midfielder, who arrived in 2019 from Napoli, is leaving Cagliari after 80 games.
