After the defeat remedied at San Siro against Inter, Cagliari returns to the field, Wednesday night at Unipol Domus, for the round of 32 of the Italian Cup.
The opponent is the Citadel, not to be underestimated: it is in seventh place in Serie B and has been in a positive streak for seven days.
Mazzarri should in any case give space to the second lines, to let the more committed owners of these latest releases, who could take over during the race in progress, to catch their breath. A turnover more necessary than ever in view of Saturday's championship match, at home, against Udinese.
From the start, Radunovic should therefore find space between the posts, Altare in defense, Oliva in the middle of the field and, later on, Gaston Pereiro and Ceter, ready to trigger Pavoletti. The use of some spring is also not excluded.
The game is dry, inside or out. Winning could give the rossoblù morale after the crisis of results of recent times, which culminated in the beating at the Meazza against the Italian champions.
