When state authorities or celebrities of particular institutional weight arrive, if received in Government Buildings, the protocol is very strict and there are many rules to follow: in order to avoid gaffes, it is necessary to rely on experts who know all the rules so as to guarantee perfect ceremonies and without smudging.
The Quirinale and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers are the most important institutions of our country and at the head of the Ceremonials there are senior executives who must take care of every phase of a state event down to the smallest detail.

Enrico Passaro, born in 1958, is that elegant figure who can be seen next to the Prime Ministers during the executive swearing-in at the Quirinale. It was he who welcomed Premier Draghi at the door of Palazzo Chigi, in Piazza Colonna, and who accompanied him on his first entry into the seat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the exchange of deliveries with Giuseppe Conte.
Of Cava de' Tirreni, Passaro founded in 1990, together with Biagio Angrisani, the newspaper "Panorama Tirreno", of which he is editor in chief in its online edition.
Journalist since 1982 and a degree in Political Science, he also played the role of amateur actor within the company of the "Piccolo teatro al Borgo". He was a manager of the Treasury Ministry, then moved to the presidency of the Council of Ministers to arrive in the 2000s office of ceremonial. Since 2009 he has organized all the national and international events concerning the Prime Minister and was awarded the title of Cavaliere in 2000 and Official of the Republic in 2012. He served as master of ceremonies from Silvio Berlusconi to Giuseppe Conte and continued his journey with Mario Draghi.
His first work on the theme of ceremonial, "Let's not make ceremonies", aroused great interest and so last year he published another successful volume.
