Francesco Fourneau of the Roma 1 section will be the referee for Cagliari-Bologna, one of the two games (the other is Lecce-Verona) that at 18:30 tomorrow open the only midweek round of the championship. For the tenth day of Serie A the complete designation sees the assistants Domenico Fontemurato (Roma 2) and Claudio Barone (Roma 1), fourth official Alberto Ruben Arena (Torre del Greco). At the VAR there will be Lorenzo Maggioni (Lecco) with Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni (Bergamo) as assistant.

Fourneau is certainly not an unknown name for Cagliari this season: he was the referee for their first win in Serie A, on September 30th in Parma with Roberto Piccoli scoring the 2-3 in the 87th minute . On that occasion, VAR was the protagonist in cancelling a goal for the rossoblù at the start for offside and in changing the foul by Palomino from a free kick to a penalty that led to the temporary 2-2 (it had occurred inside the area). Cagliari is undefeated in Serie A with him, 2 wins and as many draws, the only defeat occurred in the fifth and last precedent in Serie B on September 17th against Bari (0-1).

Below are all the referees for the tenth day of Serie A.
