Cagliari has made official its separation from sporting director Nereo Bonato , "greets" and "thanks" him.
The paths of the club and the sporting director are therefore separating, and Guido Angelozzi should take Bonato's place .
«Having arrived in rossoblù in November 2022, with experience and professionalism he gave an important boost to the achievement of sporting results: first the immediate promotion to Serie A, then the maintenance of the category in the following two seasons », writes Giulini's company recalling Bonato's path in rossoblù.
"A person of values, serious and loyal, he was a point of reference for the entire Club with his competence and balance; his work in resource management and programming has been invaluable in recent years, always carried out with the utmost dedication and passion", the note continues.
Finally, Cagliari wishes its now ex-DS "the best" and concludes with a "thank you, Nereo".
