Maurizio Mariani from Aprilia will direct the first leg of the playoff final between Cagliari and Bari, which will take place on Thursday evening at the Unipol Domus.
The whistler, who has been international since 2019 , refereed three Champions League matches this year, as well as directing a Turin derby, Milan-Naples and Juventus-Milan in Serie A.
