Young, brilliant, virtuous. A shower of applause at the Cagliari Opera House for the debut of the Belgian violinist Marc Bouchkov and the German pianist Christopher Park.

The second appointment with the Concert Season last night gave a fascinating chamber recital, in a program that ranged from Mozart, Brahms, Debussy, Franck. The great harmony between the two musicians is palpable from the very first notes.

The audience applauded the performance of the two parts of the concert which ended with the intense and extraordinary Sonata n. 3. for violin and piano by Debussy and "A major for violin and piano" by César Franck.

At the beginning, the program proposed two other beloved pages, the Sonata n. 17 for violin and piano by Mozart and to follow the Sonata n. 1 for violin and piano "Regensonate" by Brahms.

The concert season resumes on 11 and 12 February with Jaume Santonja conducting the Orchestra and Chorus (choir director Giovanni Andreoli). Pages by Brahms, Haydn, Anton Bruckner, and the famous Symphony n. 6 Beethoven's "Pastoral".
