There are approximately 150 million euros, out of the total of over 1 billion of investments allowed as deductions on the island, that the Sardinian companies of the home system have not yet managed to collect through the sale of the 110% Superbonus credits. These are the data, estimated by Confartigianato Edilizia Sardegna, at the end of last May; a patrimony of blocked credits that is putting thousands of companies in liquidity crisis.
After the complaints, appeals, letters to Institutions, Parliamentarians and Financial Institutes, Confartigianato asked the Government to free companies from stranded credits in tax drawers, unmanageable on the banking market, and to prevent the bankruptcy of thousands of reality. For this reason, he considers it essential to take rapid action to remedy the previous situation with an extraordinary intervention by the State for the conversion of credits into securities that can be traded on the market.
THE DATA - According to the data released by Enea on the use of the Superbonus 110% and relating to May 31, in Sardinia the sworn statements were a total of 5,952 for a total of investments equal to 1 billion and 39 million euros and investments for completed works of 708 million euros. The condominiums recorded 449 declarations for 381 million deductions (average investment of 849 thousand euros), for single-family the declarations are 3,959 for 483 million investments (average investment 122 thousand), while for independent houses the declarations are 1,544 for 174 million of investments (average investment 122 thousand).
"We must defuse the 'bomb' of the approximately 150 million euros that we cannot monetize and the solution can only go through the role of credit institutions: it is essential to overcome this moment of dramatic stalemate for the sector - comments the president of Confartigianato Imprese. Sardinia, Maria Amelia Lai - if we estimate that a typical construction company in Sardinia could have an average turnover of about 150 thousand euros per year, this block would close around 1,000 companies and send home over 5 thousand employees ".
"We are the last chapter of a surreal story - recalls the president - which since November 2021 has seen the Government intervene 9 times with regulatory changes on the mechanism for the assignment of credits".
