The Buddusò Auditorium will host next Wednesday, December 4, the Meeting “Stone, People, Progress for the Transition”, an initiative of the Association of Caves and Mines of Sardinia . The main objective is to represent and support the category of operators in Sardinia. As highlighted in a press release, «the Association of Caves and Mines of Sardinia works for the qualification and valorization of the sector in the more general policy of social, environmental and economic sustainability of Sardinia, with study and project activities, activities with civic, solidarity and social utility purposes».
The Meeting of December 4th, from 10 to 12:30, coincides with the feast of Santa Barbara (patron saint of stonecutters, miners, road workers, miners, architects, roadmen, bell ringers, artillerymen, bomb disposal experts, firefighters).
