The "Train of Memory", which left Trieste on 6 October from Rome to commemorate the centenary of the transfer of the Unknown Soldier, will also pass through Borore station. The passage is scheduled for Monday 24 October at 18.30.

The citizens of Borore will gather at 18.30 at the station square .

"It will be an opportunity for all Bororesi - explains the mayor Tore Ghisu - to pay homage to the passage of the convoy and together with the Municipal Administration and local institutions, to honor the memory of the Unknown Soldier".

The train will cover the itinerary that connects the regional capitals and the major Italian cities not involved in the historical journey of 1921 and will conclude the journey in Rome on 4 November, coinciding with the celebrations of the Day of National Unity and the Day of Armed forces.
