" Now , "Confiteor – How I Discovered That I Wouldn't Make a Revolution" by Sassari-born director Bonifacio Angius finally arrives in Sardinia on October 30th. It will first be shown in cinemas in Sassari, Cagliari, Oristano, Nuoro, and Olbia, and then in other theaters from north to south of the island.

Praised by many critics as sincere and courageous cinema, the fourth feature has already made an impact on audiences in theaters in Rome, Bologna, Perugia, and Florence. Director Angius explained: "It's a story of anger, tenderness, cynicism, and fragility. A bitter comedy that constantly turns into drama and then back into comedy, a tale where poison and antidote coexist in the same eyes and the same bodies. It's the story of a fall and a rebirth, where love triumphs thanks to the innocence of a child: this is the true revolution that each of us should experience. It's an autobiographical film," he maintains, "born from memories and real people, people I loved. A descent into darkness that simultaneously becomes a glimmer of light in which to warm oneself."

In addition to his son Antonio Angius , the director also features well-known actors such as Geppi Cucciari, Edoardo Pesce , Simonetta Columbu , and the ace Giuliana De Sio. Other well-known artists on the Sardinian scene include Michele Manca and Mario Olivieri, and, making her screen debut, the young Aurora Erdas.

The feature film is produced by Il Monello Film , Mosaicon and Agresywna Banda with the contribution of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia , the Fondazione Sardegna Film Commission , Uci , Fondazione di Sardegna and Los Siglos de Los Siglos.i reopens.
