An award for the commitment to enhancing the territory through the promotion of cultural, landscape and food and wine heritage, thanks to the actions implemented with the Salude&Trigu Program. The Chamber of Commerce of Sassari received the award in the "System" category at the XXVIII edition of the BMT of Naples, the Mediterranean Tourism Exchange, which every year involves regions, institutions, stakeholders, international buyers, companies and experts in the tourism sector.

The award was given for the chamber action aimed at creating an effective network of collaborations between the chamber system and that of businesses , together with business associations and more specifically, within the Salude&Trigu Program, with foundations, pro loco and cultural associations. The head of the chamber project, Antonella Viglietti, underlined the collaboration with Visit Italy for the work carried out in recent years that has led the Salude&Trigu Program to effectively promote events in northern Sardinia and the peculiarities of its territory in national and foreign markets.

The Sassari Chamber of Commerce also participated as a guest at the convention “The Tourism of the Future – How to Succeed between AI, Overtourism and Global Competitiveness”, organized by Visit Italy.
