Andrea Biancareddu - regional councilor and councilor for education in the Giunta Solinas - collects the legacy of the late Giorgio Oppi at the helm of the UDC Sardinia .

The appointment as regional coordinator of the party came today from the national secretary Lorenzo Cesa .

"This is a position in continuity with the extraordinary work done by Giorgio Oppi who will soon be remembered in Rome in a religious ceremony on the initiative of the national party", the national secretariat said in a note. In the coming days, moreover, "the members of a wider regional coordination will be appointed that will cover all the Provinces of Sardinia and will support Biancareddu in promoting the party's activities in the territories ".

The lists and the organization of the campaign in view of the policies of 25 September, but also the verification of the council announced at the end of March by Christian Solinas and for now on standby, are the most important issues that Biancareddu will have to deal with .
