A community of acolytes and drum enthusiasts, and a legendary percussionist to warm the spirits: this Saturday the Bateras Beat team will bring the historic American drummer Mike Terrana to Cueva Rock in Quartucciu , guest of a new and explosive " Drum Night " that from 6.30 pm will liven up the venue with live music , collective shows and interactive moments , as well as the presence of special guests and other surprises.

In an event that aims to immerse even inexperienced and amateurs in the world of drumming and live performance , the engaging show will see an opening offered by the Bateras Beat Drum Orchestra , made up of numerous percussionists who will perform original pieces conceived exclusively to be played by multiple drums together, involving teachers and students of the Bateras school .

Terrana , born in 1965 in Buffalo, New York, became famous at a young age for his irrepressible and electrifying style . Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned artists and groups of all genres, including Rage , Axel Rudi , Masterplan , Vision Divine , and above all the great guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen . Moving with impeccable technique and powerful sound , Terrana adds spectacular entertainment to his performances, thanks to the expert stage presence he has gained over decades on international stages. In addition to having released numerous solo albums , he continues to teach masterclasses, workshops, and clinics.
