Second foreign experience for Marco Spissu from Sassari. After the adventure in Russia with Unics Kazan in the 2021/22 season, the former Dinamo playmaker leaves Venice and Italy to arrive in Spain, at Casademont Zaragoza.

This is a debut in the Acb League, given that three summers ago Spissu was sent back to Sardinia by Malaga after signing a two-year contract, with the nebulous reason of missing medical visits. That it was a far-fetched justification was established by the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) , the international tribunal, which ruled in favor of the player and the Dinamo club, which had to collect the buy out for the transfer of the contract.

Last season Marco Spissu produced almost 8 points with 43% in triples and 4 assists with the Venezia shirt. Higher figures in Eurocup: 13 points and 5.6 assists per game, third in the special ranking.
