Barù lands in Sardinia. And it does so with the Braci By Barù Beach Edition summer pop-up in the exclusive setting of the Hotel Abi d'Oru in Marinella.

Since July, the Gallura structure has welcomed the famous Maremma gastronome, wine expert and food influencer, born Gherardo Fedrigo Gaetani Dell'Aquila D'Aragona, offering his guests, indoors and outdoors, a new gastronomic experience in the open air and at the same time an unmissable appointment, a lunch or dinner dedicated to the grill in one of the most beautiful natural settings on the island: the Gulf of Marinella.

After the experience of Braci by Barù in the summer of 2022 in Milan, Barù, which has become popular with participation in television programs such as Beijing Express, Cuochi e Fiamme and Grande Fratello Vip, returns, therefore, with Braci by Barù Beach Edition at the Abi d'Oru, a catering format conceived and created by Food Media Factory, staging a real show for lovers of embers, an archaic cooking tool, deeply linked to the Sardinian tradition and a recurring theme in the gastronomic culture of the area.

Not to be missed is the reinterpretation, specially created with Abi d'Oru in mind, of a great classic: the Lobster Roll, the delicious sandwich with grilled lobster served with fragrant milk bread, a mayonnaise flavored with local herbs from the Mediterranean maquis and the honey from the hives of the Abi d'Oru, tended every day by a beekeeper in the hinterland to celebrate the name of the hotel itself, "golden bee" in Italian.
