The combination of Baroque music, churches, and historical monuments is a popular theme. This is why "Note senza tempo" (Timeless Notes), its eighth edition, involves five towns in Northern Sardinia: Sassari, Alghero, Porto Torres, Castelsardo, and Uri. Eight concerts are scheduled from May 23rd to November 14th as part of the International Early Music Festival, organized by the Dolci Accenti association of Sassari.

At the presentation press conference, held at the Chamber of Commerce because the event is part of the Salude & Trigu project, Dolci Accenti president Calogero Sportato explained: "Our mission is to evoke the atmospheres created by the great composers who defined an era, reproducing virtuosity and sound as close as possible to the original through obsessive technical and instrumental accuracy."

The season will open with the Accademia del Festival de Musica de Caimari from Spain, which will open the festival on May 23 at 6 pm in the renovated Filippo Canu hall in Porto Torres.

The program continues on May 29th (Porto Torres) and 30th (Sassari) with the young musicians from the Galan Academy and the SYEMF Festival. On June 6th, Alghero hosts the Benedetto Marcello Ensemble . On July 4th, the Sicilian vocal group Amoris Laetitia will perform in Castelsardo. On September 4th, the Orfeo Futuro will stop in Sassari and the following day in Uri. Also in Sassari, on October 4th, the Ensemble Baroque Lumina arrives. On November 14th, the grand finale in Sassari will feature the prestigious participation of the Polifonica Santa Cecilia .
