The Blaugrana return to Gallura with their camp. Barcelona has chosen to inaugurate the Barça Camps Europa program once again with the stage of Olbia and Monti, the only one in Sardinia in 2025 and scheduled from 15 to 20 June.
The training sessions, open to boys and girls aged 5 to 17, who can join by registering on the website barcaacademy.net, will be directed by the official coaches of the FC Barcelona Cantera, who will arrive especially from Barcelona. The Olbia-Monti 2025 Camp offers the possibility of being selected to participate with Team Italy in the Barca World Cup 2026 in Barcelona, the Barça Asia Cup 2025 in Japan (in November) and the Barça Las Americas Cup 2025 in Santo Domingo (in December): thirteen Sardinian footballers participating in the Barça Camp Olbia 2024, for example, have been selected to participate in the Barça Academy World Cup 2025 in Barcelona from 13 to 17 April with Team Italy.
The event organized by SySport, licensee of FC Barcelona in Italy, France, Belgium and Luxembourg, is made possible thanks to the partnership and collaboration of the Municipalities of Olbia and Monti. At its third edition, it will take place at the Municipal Stadium of Monti; technical staff and children who will arrive from other regions of Italy will stay in Olbia.
“Our hope is that many Sardinian and Italian families do not want to miss the opportunity to train for a week with the Barça coaches,” say Symon Buda and Simona Cenci, founders of SySport, a football project launched in Italy in 2014 and then developed in Switzerland, Croatia, Austria, France, Luxembourg and Belgium. “We have reached 160 Barça Camps organized, with almost 15 thousand participants. Olbia, Monti, Gallura and Sardinia are one of the most beautiful stages of our program: for a few years they have opened our summer journey in Italy and Europe, and we are very grateful to the Municipalities of Olbia and Monti, and to all the Sardinian families, for their availability and collaboration.”
