Two evenings to close out a new season of encounters, conversations, and current events in style. The grand finale of "Autori in Costa," the cultural festival promoted by Orlean patron Giampiero Fiorani with artistic direction by Fulvio Giuliani, is entrusted to two very different protagonists, yet united by their ability to narrate and interpret our times.

This evening, August 17, at 7:30 pm, Giuseppe Cruciani, journalist, radio host, and one of the most recognizable and controversial voices in Italian public debate, will take the stage at the Hotel delle Rose in Porto Cervo. Cruciani will present his new book, "Freedom. Everything Cruciani from A to Z," a personal journey through the words, ideas, and themes fueling contemporary debate: from political correctness to language, from freedom of expression to the contradictions of society and the media. A book that, in keeping with the author's style, addresses the most divisive issues of today without filters and without fear of provoking them.

Cruciani will be joined by Giuliani himself, a highly regarded journalist and television commentator, a regular moderator who has accompanied the series' events, sparking conversations that go beyond simple editorial presentations to address the major issues of contemporary life.

Tomorrow, again at 7:30 pm, it will be the turn of Maurizio De Giovanni, one of Italy's most beloved authors, author of some of the most successful narrative series of recent years. The focus of the meeting will be his new novel, Figli per i Bastardi di Pizzofalcone, the thirteenth installment in the successful series about the team of Neapolitan detectives.

A new encounter with fiction, but also with Naples, its characters, its contradictions, and above all with the human relationships that have always been at the heart of De Giovanni's writing.

Two final evenings that perfectly embody the spirit of "Autori in Costa": bringing together leading figures from the worlds of culture, journalism, and fiction to offer audiences opportunities for discussion, insight, and reflection.

The festival thus confirms its mission to transform the Costa Smeralda into a place for meeting and dialogue on the major issues of contemporary Italy: a commitment confirmed by the resounding success of the public that crowded all the events.

The enthusiasm of the diverse audience, made up of locals and many tourists, brought each performer to a resounding sellout and long lines of fans for the final signings.
