At the end of July in Fordongianus the International Sculpture Symposium

The International Symposium of sculpture on trachyte stone returns to Fordongianus. The event will be held from 28 July to 5 August.
In recent days, the executive led by mayor Serafino Pischedda approved the spending project for the 2023 edition. It amounts to 20 thousand euros and the Pro loco will take care of the implementation of some functional interventions for the realization of the twenty-ninth edition of the important event capable of attracting artists, enthusiasts and tourists to the riverside.
"The Symposium - reads the executive resolution - constitutes a significant moment, at national and international level, for the enhancement and promotion of an important Sardinian historical, cultural and economic heritage, linked to the production and marketing of trachyte stone".
The Pro Loco proved to be willing to deal with the organization of the Symposium with the Municipality.
