State road 125 is once again passable even in the sections that overlook the Rio San Giovanni and Rio Bucchilalgu, in the locality of Su Mulinu, in the territory of Arzachena.

Anas reopened the two bridges to traffic at the end of a structural restyling costing 1 million and 300 thousand euros.

The works, which began last May, made it possible to restore the reinforced concrete structures and completely rebuild the top of the walls for the installation of new guardrails in place of the old parapets.

Together with the leaders of Anas, the mayor of Arzachena, Roberto Ragnedda, and the regional councilor for public works, Aldo Salaris also took part in the ribbon cutting.

"There is great satisfaction for having completed a strategic intervention on schedule, something not taken for granted especially in the Covid era, between cost increases and unavailability of materials", commented the mayor, "fundamental in terms of safety for those arriving in our territory, the operation has also allowed the widening of the road section by almost one meter, to the advantage of traffic and safety ".

Ragnedda thanked the company for having "respected the time schedule and guaranteed the timely reopening of that stretch of road".
