Olbia welcomes “Frammenti di Orgosolo”. Until November 30, the exhibition space in the San Simplicio parking lot will host the exhibition by Monika Takacs, aka Moné.
The Hungarian artist naturalized Sardinian, who for some years has been inspired by the Sardinian costume, in its different versions, enhancing its colors and geometries, signs the artistic installation that highlights the vivid colors of the Orgosolo costume, one of the most complex and particular in Sardinia. Proposed by the Cultural Association Per Arte Vie, curated by Daniele Pipitone, the work is created through digital drawing and then printed on paper, and depicts a part of the costume worn by a man and a woman to emphasize, almost as in a photographic zoom, the details that constitute it.
Each panel that composes the work actually becomes a painting in itself, on which to linger to admire a fragment of the beauty of the traditional costume.
“Frammenti di Orgosolo” will remain open 24 hours a day for free at the San Simplicio dell'Aspo car park. Guided tours with the curator are available.
