The works of 27 Sardinian artists for sale in the exhibition which will open on Friday at 5pm at the Aics headquarters in Sassari, in via Cedrino 3. The proceeds will be used to purchase an ambulance serving the Santa Maria di Pisa and Latte Dolce districts . The social and health transport services will be carried out by the new voluntary organization "Life Aics".

The works were selected by the Sassari painter Piermario Laddomata. Recognized in the island's artistic environment for having developed a pictorial and aesthetic language of refined power, Laddomata is a historic traveling companion of the association.

In the association's open space, some of the works that have been part of the AiCS collection for over twenty years will also be on sale. In the 1980s, among the many activities it carried out, it also organized extemporaneous exhibitions and competitions. of painting. Among the artists on display are Giovanni Piu, Sisinnio Usai, Ottavio Carboni and an original graphic by Antonio Ballero, dated 1924. Also on sale are works by Antonio Corriga, Salvatore Pirisi, Manlio Masu and several contemporary painters such as Max Mazzoli, Enzo Tanda, Aline Sword and GB Charter.

The exhibition will also remain open to the public on Saturday 9 December, in the morning from 11am to 1pm and in the afternoon from 5pm to 8pm and on Sunday, in the afternoon from 5pm to 8pm.
