It's going to be a busy end to the year for the Tenores di Neoneli: the group led by Tonino Cau will close out their 2025 artistic season with several concerts around the world. After their tour in Umbria; their concert in Copenhagen; their appearances on "Splendida Cornice" on Raitre and "Musica Mia" on Raidue; their live performances at the screenings of "Fuochi," the award-winning film about the fires in Sardinia; and their appearance at the Giardino di Lu to raise funds for ovarian cancer, the Tenores are ready to close out the year with more big events.

Next week, the Tenores will return to Argentina for the third time: on November 20th they will perform at the Buen Aire Church in Buenos Aires—twinned with the Basilica of Bonaria in Cagliari—in the concert titled “Amore lontanu.” This concert will be repeated on the 22nd in La Plata, in honor of the Sardinian emigrants who will be celebrating their congress, organized by the Federation of Sardinian Emigrants in Argentina.

The tour, with Tonino Cau, Ivo Marras and Angelo Piras, will be joined by musicians Daniele Cuccu, Samuele Meloni and Matteo Muscas, and dancers Francesca Cau, Angela Fais and Silvia Deidda. When they have unpacked their bags, the Tenores di Neoneli will set off again towards Latin America, to stop in Chile, the fortieth country visited during their long career.

"The meeting, organized by Inti Illimani, will be an opportunity to discuss the environment," says Tonino Cau. "The two-day event includes an exclusive concert in Santiago, at the theater on December 5th, hosted by Jorge Coulon. The following day, we will be guests at an Inti Illimani concert in Valparaiso, which will include a finale featuring musicians Orlando Mascia and Matteo Muscas playing in unison with the Chilean artists. The week before Christmas, we will be in Germany, guests in the city of Eschborn on December 20th, and in Frankfurt am Main on the 21st."

Meanwhile, the collection of materials produced over nearly fifty years by the Tenores di Neoneli continues, as well as the writing of the texts for the volume "A Chimbanta," which in 2026 will accompany the year of their half-century of artistic life, which includes many national and international performances on various continents.
