The attack of the centre-right, the rift with the PD which does not participate in the executive session: for the president Alessandra Todde the frictions for the last-minute nominations of the commissioners of the Sardinian health companies come from all sides .

On the sidelines of the celebrations for Sa Die de sa Sardigna, she downplays it - «It's just a different position, the rifts are different, they occur to the extent that there are unresolvable emergencies» - but from the opposition, Fratelli d'Italia and Forza Italia harshly attack the regional council : «The rush to approve a supposed health reform, to the detriment of an urgent financial law, causing four months of provisional exercise, was so great that it then gave birth to the 'mouse' - says Paolo Truzzu, group leader of Fratelli d'Italia in the regional council - That is, the administration of the health companies with some professionals who, despite the over-hyped discontinuity, have so far held important management roles in the health companies, appointed in the previous legislature, and who will hardly be able to do anything different from the past, if not at the risk of disavowing themselves. A reform law that is useless for the good of healthcare, but indispensable only to send away the current general directors, with the risks of challenges and appeals that derive from it, ending up increasing the chaos of an already fragile healthcare system".

"It is nice that the Democratic Party has finally joined the criticisms and observations of the center-right regarding the reform and has taken on board the doubts about the method that led to the administration of the health companies, highlighting the risks 'from a legal, technical and political perspective' - added Truzzu - We wish the new commissioners good luck in their work, in the hope, I fear misplaced, that from today all the problems of health will be wonderfully solved thanks to the project of the Todde-Bartolazzi duo. At least they will no longer be able to attribute their responsibilities to others"

Dissent but not obstructionism, the Democratic Party reiterates in a note: "The investigation that led to the administration of the health companies is imperfect from a legal, technical and political point of view, and risks constituting a slowdown and an obstacle to the implementation of regional law 8/2025, rather than favoring the deployment of the desired beneficial effects on Health in Sardinia and, consequently, on the health of citizens". The Democratic Party, in order to avoid "any dilatory or obstructionist action", has decided to limit its dissent to "the lack of participation in the decisions and the consequent formal sanction of them", which then in fact translated "in the lack of participation of its delegation in the meeting of the Board specifically convened on 27 April 2025".

An official statement, attack the regional councilors of FI, which «represents a political signal of significant importance, with the certification of dissent with the choices of the President and, implicitly, with the 5 Star Movement . The choice of the Democratic Party not to participate in the council meeting called by President Todde and to formalize its dissent on the methods and timing of implementation of the health reform, highlights an internal fracture within the majority that cannot be underestimated. If such profound divergences emerge on a fundamental issue such as Health, a strategic and priority sector for the life of citizens, it is legitimate to question the overall stability of the government coalition and its ability to address in a united and effective way the further challenges and emergencies that await Sardinia ».
