Anouk Aimée, the protagonist of "La Dolce Vita", the film by Federico Fellini, has died. The French actress was 92 years old. The news of the passing was given by her daughter Manuela Papatakis: "With my daughter, Galaad, and my granddaughter, Mila, we have the immense sadness of announcing the passing of my mother, Anouk Aimée. I was right next to her, when this morning she passed away at her home in Paris," he wrote on Instagram.

Anouk Aimée alongside Marcello Mastroianni played the role of the journalist's girlfriend, Maddalena, while in "8 and ½", also by Fellini, she was Luisa.
